Paul Cowley - Executive Director
Paul is the Executive Director of CFEO. He is an ordained minister and has 15 years experience of working with people inside and outside the prison wall. Paul also heads up The William Wilberforce Trust, is on the board of Prison Fellowship International, Chairman of Eden London and an Ambassador for Make Justice Work.
Catherine Simmonds - Head of Caring for Ex-Offenders
Catherine manages CFEO strategically and operationally. She has 7 years of experience in the charity sector having previously worked for youth homelessness charity Centrepoint; a drug and alcohol rehabilitation charity and a youth volunteering charity.
Vikki Foulger - UK Co-ordinator (Maternity leave)
Vikki co-ordinates CFEO’s work in the South East, East and West Midlands, Yorkshire and Humberside and the North East. She has experience in working with prison chaplaincy and also studied criminology, with an emphasis on imprisonment.
David Crowe - UK Relationship Manager
David manages CFEO's relationships with churches and prison chaplains, focussing on the following NOMS region; South Central. He has prior experience setting up local church based social action projects, and has recently completed a master’s degree in theology.
Kirsty McIntyre - UK Relationship Manager
Kirsty co-ordinates CFEO's work in Kent and Sussex, North East, Yorkshire and Humberside, East Midlands and West Midlands, liaising with churches and prisons in these areas. She has previously worked in the charity sector using the performing arts with prisoners and ex-offenders in London.
Nyree de Quidt - UK Relationship Manager
Nyree works on London, the East of England, the South West, North West and Wales, managing CFEO's work with churches and prisons. She studied Social Policy and has previously worked as a Support Worker for vulnerable adults in London.
Jess Palleson - UK Linking Co-ordinator
Jess co-ordinates the links between people coming out of prison and supportive church communities around the UK. She is a qualified social worker and has previous experience in community youth justice, and mental health and addictions.
Chris Lion - Regional Linking Co-ordinator
Chris is responsible for linking in London and the South-East, which means he works to link ex-offenders with churches in those areas. Chris has led worship in prison on many occasions, and has also been a community visitor on Sycamore Tree courses. He previously worked as a primary school teacher.
