UK Co-ordinator

The vision of Caring for Ex-Offenders is to reduce reoffending by reintegrating ex-offenders into society through the local church. The charity equips churches, through training and advice, to enable them to support ex-offenders live transformed lives. Alpha for Prisons aims to support and increase the use of Alpha in the prisons, supporting the vision of Alpha International for the re-evangelisation of the UK and the world.
As part of a dynamic UK Social Transformation Team, the UK Co-ordinator’s focus is to effectively support and equip churches and prisons in this ministry. The role involves coordinating relationships with church leaders, volunteers and chaplains; planning and running training events and reporting on regional developments.
As the ideal candidate you will be a natural communicator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise effectively. You will have strong networking skills and an understanding of the criminal justice system.
