Two Training Days in Two Weeks!

In the last two weeks we have run two CFEO Training Days...

The first was held at Highway Church, Stratford, East London, and the second was at Bretton Baptist Church in Peterborough.

Over the two days we trained a total of 42 people from 25 different churches. We were so encouraged that so many people came from different walks of life; police men, church leaders, family and close friends of offenders, charity workers – we had them all under one roof debating case studies based on real scenarios.

We received such a warm welcome in the churches and are hugely grateful to the team at the Highway Church and at Bretton Baptist for hosting the training days. Some of the stories shared by participants at both days were real highlights for us at Caring For Ex Offenders. It is such a privilege to work with churches, to learn from others’ experiences and to catch a glimpse of what God is doing to extend care and support to people who are coming out of prison.
