South East CFEO Training: date changed to 24th September

We are excited to announce that we are hosting Caring for Ex-Offenders training in the South East!

This is a great opportunity for churches in this high resettlement area to be equipped to support people coming out of prison and living locally or attending your church. We will spend Saturday 24th September learning new skills, sharing experiences, meeting others involved in the ministry and discerning if this is something you would like to be involved in. Topics include how to build a Caring for Ex-Offenders team, building relationships with people in prison, what to do and say on your first meeting, worries and concerns and what to do if something goes wrong.

After a very well-attended, interesting and honest discussion evening on this topic in Gillingham, we are looking forward to returning to St. Marks, Gillingham to run the training.
