New CFEO Intro Guide

We have been working on a new Introductory Guide to Caring for Ex-Offenders which gives an overview of what CFEO does and how it is relevant to ex-offenders, churches, chaplains and other organisations.

It includes a simple step-by-step process for how CFEO works, as well as information on resources, training and ways to get involved. This is a clear explanation of Caring for Ex-Offenders, and hopefully will encourage people who receive it to make the most of CFEO services.
