Great turnout for envisioning evening in Peterborough

46 people attended our CFEO envisioning evening in Peterborough on Tuesday 13th September, hosted by local charity Hope into Action.

Attendees came from 16 different churches across the region. Speakers included Ed Walker from Hope into Action - a charity housing vulnerable people and ex-offenders who are then supported by local churches; Andy Lanning from the chaplaincy team at HMP Peterborough and councillor Karen Kibblewhite who spoke of the need for volunteers to fill in the gaps which statutory services are unable to cover.

There was a real buzz throughout the evening with a number of people expressing their excitement in discovering a practical way in to a ministry which had been on their hearts for a number of years.
